Order Management on Nevuto: A Step-by-Step Guide

Nevuto is a user-friendly platform designed to streamline the e-commerce processes of small and medium-sized businesses. Order management is one of the core components of this platform. In this article, we will explain step by step how to manage your orders on Nevuto.

1. Accessing the Order Panel

After logging into the Nevuto administration panel, you can view your orders by clicking on the "Orders" tab on the left menu. In this section, you can see all your orders as a list, filter them and access their details.

2. Review Order Details

By clicking on each order, you can access detailed information about the order. This information includes customer name, contact information, products ordered, payment status and shipping information.

3. Update Order Statuses

Nevuto allows you to categorize your orders according to different statuses. You can update order statuses as follows:

Pending: Order received but not yet processed.

Preparing: The order is being prepared.

Shipped: The order has been shipped.

Delivered: The order has reached the customer.

Canceled: The order has been canceled.

You can update the order detail page by selecting the relevant status.

4. Cargo Tracking and Notification

By adding cargo tracking information of orders, you can inform your customers about the status of their orders. After adding the cargo tracking number to the order detail page, your customer is automatically notified.

5. Order Notes and Internal Communication

By adding special notes to each order, you can strengthen internal communication with your team. These notes can be used for special instructions or reminders about the order.

6. Order Search and Filtering

In the Orders tab, you can use the search bar to quickly find a specific order. You can also list orders by filtering them by criteria such as date, status or payment method.

7. Order Reports and Analysis

Nevuto offers reporting tools to help you analyze your order data. This way, you can track your sales trends and shape your business strategies accordingly.
