List on eBay with Nevuto

The eBay integration is currently in beta. Core publishing and order sync work end-to-end, but you may run into rough edges around advanced listing fields and category mapping. Let us know if you hit anything we should fix.

What is eBay?

eBay is one of the largest online marketplaces in the world, with more than 130 million active buyers across 190+ countries. It's a strong fit if you sell electronics, fashion, collectibles, auto parts or refurbished goods — categories where eBay's traffic still dominates against general-purpose marketplaces.

How Nevuto handles eBay

  • Nevuto connects to eBay using OAuth via the official eBay Sell APIs — no developer keys to copy and no manual XML feeds.
  • Connected Nevuto products can be pushed to eBay as fixed-price listings, with images, titles, descriptions and variants mapped automatically.
  • Orders placed on eBay flow back into your Nevuto admin so you fulfil and ship from one place.
  • Inventory stays in sync across Nevuto, eBay and any other connected channels — when stock hits zero anywhere, the listing ends to prevent overselling.

Connect eBay to your Nevuto store

You'll need an active eBay seller account (Business or Personal) with verified payment and payout details before you connect.

  1. Log in to your Nevuto admin panel.
  2. Go to Settings → Marketplaces.
  3. Click Add marketplace.
  4. Select eBay from the list.
  5. On the eBay setup screen, click Connect to eBay.
  6. You'll be redirected to eBay to grant Nevuto access. Sign in with your seller account and approve the requested scopes.
  7. eBay redirects you back to Nevuto and the connection is marked Active.

After connecting, open your product list and pick which items to publish to eBay.

Test that it's working

  • In Settings → Marketplaces, confirm eBay shows the Connected status.
  • Publish one test product to eBay and check that it appears in your eBay Seller Hub within a few minutes.
  • Place a low-value test order on the eBay listing — it should land in your Nevuto Orders screen tagged with the eBay channel.

Troubleshooting

  • "Authorization failed" after clicking Connect to eBay: eBay returned an error during OAuth. Usually this means your seller account isn't fully verified yet. Sign into eBay, finish any pending verification steps, then retry the connection.
  • Listings rejected by eBay: eBay enforces category-specific requirements (item specifics, condition, GTIN/EAN). Open the product in Nevuto, fill in the missing fields and republish.
  • Orders aren't appearing in Nevuto: order sync can take a few minutes. If nothing shows up after 15 minutes, disconnect and reconnect eBay from the Marketplaces settings — this refreshes the OAuth token.
  • You're in the beta: if you spot anything that looks broken or undocumented, message support with the listing or order ID so we can investigate.
